Job Summary The successful applicant will oversee all of the work undertaken with children and young people. They will also be a member of the Church Leadership Team. About the Role The Hub Leader will create and lead a local hub of the Lay Leadership Development Programme within a specific area of the Diocese. You will play a key role in helping participants develop practical skills, deepen their discipleship, and take forward sustainable missional initiatives in their parish contexts. You need to have knowledge and experience of choosing and interacting with webhosts, of php versions, sql servers, page cache and server response times etc. This would involve a video call with a charity worker, looking at our current arrangements and giving advice about the best way to proceed. You need to be user focused and able to explain concepts well and patiently to a lay person. You need to have experience supporting people to develop or manage their own website.
