Middlesbrough Community Church (MCC) is a growing, multicultural and Spirit-filled church of over 250 people, with an established and expanding children's ministry reaching more than 40 children across Years 1–6. We are seeking a passionate Children & Families Worker to represent Middlesbrough Community Church among children and families in the local community, developing relationships and creating opportunities for people to encounter Jesus and explore the Christian faith. This is an exciting opportunity to combine community outreach, relationship-building and discipleship, working alongside existing volunteer teams and building links with local families, schools and organisations. Activities may include toddler groups, holiday clubs, mentoring and family events, shaped by local needs and opportunities. MCC is part of the Taking Ground family of churches and carries a charismatic, Spirit-led culture with a strong emphasis on mission, discipleship and church growth. There is an occupational requirement for the successful applicant to be a practising Christian. First Love Foundation is a Christian charity delivering AQS accredited specialist legal welfare advice alongside holistic wraparound advocacy in Tower Hamlets, where we have been at the forefront of addressing high levels of deprivation and crisis since 2010. We are seeking a passionate Youth Worker to take primary responsibility for developing midweek discipleship and evangelistic outreach among young people, while working alongside our existing Sunday provision and volunteer team. This is an exciting opportunity to help young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith and confidence, and find their place within the life of the church. The role combines discipleship, evangelism, pastoral care and leadership development, with opportunities to build on existing community links and develop new outreach initiatives. We are looking for someone happy to turn their hand to any area of the hotel as the business requires. A true all-rounder who takes pleasure in getting things right. This is a hands on role within a close knit team. The hotel operates seven days a week and more or less all year round including Christmas and New Year. We offer themed breaks mid week and have a busy weekend diary with church groups.
