What you'll do Capture photo and video content at TITG outreach, community, prayer and partnership events. Film candid interactions, testimonies, interviews and behind-the-scenes moments. Newcastle Baptist Church (Staffordshire) is a welcoming, Bible-based church seeking a culturally-sensitive minister with strong preaching skills and a pastoral heart, to lead our 200-strong fellowship into the next stage of church life and witness. Our ideal minister will have good communication skills, organisational abilities, a sense of humour and the confidence to actively encourage others to play their part. He or she will help us to grow as followers of Jesus, strengthen our cross-cultural friendships and help us build our links with the many local people who use our premises each week as well as those we meet at work and play.
