Benefice of Sarratt and Chipperfield
To grow and develop children and family’s ministry across two semi-rural village churches, building on the existing relationships with local schools, community groups and our church family, helping children and families connect with God. This role seeks to pioneer contextually relevant expressions of ministry, through engaging with our communities, helping children and families connect with God, grow in faith and become part of the wider church community. The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day planning and delivery of children and family activities, schools work, and volunteer development. They will have the freedom to shape initiatives alongside or in consultation with the Rector (Pioneer Priest) who will report to the PCCs, with the expectation of operating proactively and on occasion independently.

Join Us for Two Full Days at St Andrews Literature Festival 2026 St Andrews Literature Festival returns in 2026 with Christian authors, thinkers, booklovers, and creatives coming together across two full days of books, faith, and thoughtful conversation. A Day or Two-Day Ticket is the best way to experience the festival, giving you the freedom to move between sessions and workshops, spend time in our bookshop, and visit our art exhibition exploring women in the Old Testament. The 2026 festival brings together over 20 Christian authors and speakers, with contributions from Professor John Lennox, Gavin Calver, Phil Knox, Michele Guinness, Al Gordon, Lauren Windle, Girma Bishaw, Nadim Nassar, Rachael Newham, Andy Kind, Patrick Regan, and many others across the two days. Alongside talks and conversations, the festival includes creative art workshops, writers’ workshops and an exhibition of artwork by Micah Hayns. New for this year, you’re invited to visit our Books Change Lives booth, where delegates can share the story of how God has used a book to change their life, professionally recorded in a short 2–4 minute film. Day Tickets offer better value than booking individual sessions and allow you to stay, listen, reflect, and take part in more of what the festival offers. If you wish to attend Micah’s workshop, this must be added as an extra service underneath your ticket booking.

West Runton Holidays has been operating since 1919 with an aim to make Jesus known to young people through excellent, exciting Christian adventure holidays and activity camps. We are currently recruiting for a new holiday manager. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop our portfolio of Christian outdoor activity holidays. This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week, however the hours can be worked very flexibly. Home based role with occasional travel to attend trustee meetings or to visit holidays during Easter and Summer. We are looking for someone organised with strong attention to detail.
