London Rangers exists to transform lives through faith, education, sport, and community. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background, past experiences, or the challenges they face. Through our Christian ethos, we provide hope, belonging, and pathways into education, employment, and adulthood. We combine community football, alternative education, mentoring, supported internships, apprenticeships, and community outreach to help young people develop confidence, character, skills, and purpose. We work particularly with young people who may have struggled in mainstream education, have special educational needs, or face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our aim is not simply to help young people gain qualifications. We seek to equip them with the life skills, work skills, resilience, and relationships needed to thrive in life. London Rangers is building a unique model where sport, education, work experience, and community engagement work together to create meaningful opportunities for young people. Every part of our organisation—from the classroom and sports ground to community projects and mentoring programmes—contributes to personal growth and positive futures. Our work is guided by four core values: Love – We care for people and place relationships first. Relationship – We believe lasting change happens through positive and consistent relationships. Family – We create environments where people belong, are supported, and can grow. Compassion – We serve our community with kindness, understanding, and practical support. We are looking for people who share our passion for developing young people and strengthening communities. Whether you are joining us as an employee, volunteer, intern, coach, mentor, or trustee, you will be part of a mission that seeks to create lasting impact through faith, service, and opportunity.
