Reporting to the Media & Communications Lead, the Video Editor will help turn TITG footage into engaging, relevant video content that communicates our mission clearly and connects with Gen Z. What You'll Do Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social channels. Edit longer-form videos, interviews, testimonies and event content. Create engaging cuts, captions, pacing and visual storytelling suited to Gen Z audiences. Work with the Media & Communications team to maintain TITG’s tone and visual identity. Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of content. Organise video files and maintain an efficient editing workflow. Support campaigns, event promotion and storytelling through video.

Capture authentic moments that communicate the life, community and mission of TITG in a way that engages Gen Z. What you'll do Capture photo and video content at TITG outreach, community, prayer and partnership events. Film candid interactions, testimonies, interviews and behind-the-scenes moments. Capture content specifically designed for social media and campaign use. Work with the Media & Communications team to plan key shots and content needs. Produce imagery that feels authentic, human and culturally relevant rather than overly staged. Organise and upload footage promptly after events. Help build a consistent visual archive of TITG’s activities, people and impact.

Newcastle Baptist Church (Staffordshire) is a welcoming, Bible-based church seeking a culturally-sensitive minister with strong preaching skills and a pastoral heart, to lead our 200-strong fellowship into the next stage of church life and witness. Our ideal minister will have good communication skills, organisational abilities, a sense of humour and the confidence to actively encourage others to play their part.
