Develop outreach initiatives that help churches engage spiritually open young people with the Gospel. What You'll Do Develop outreach models and evangelism strategies. Create outreach resources and training materials. Coordinate outreach opportunities and partnerships. Equip ambassadors in evangelism and mission. Gather testimonies, feedback and outreach data.

Provide financial oversight and accountability that supports the long-term sustainability of This Is The Generation. What You'll Do Manage budgets and financial reporting. Track donations, income and expenses. Maintain bookkeeping and financial records. Support fundraising initiatives and grant applications. Build relationships with supporters and sponsors. Prepare financial updates for leadership. Help communicate impact to donors and partners.

Ensure This Is The Generation operates efficiently, sustainably and with excellence as we expand across the UK. What You'll Do Oversee ministry operations and implementation. Ensure This Is The Generation communicates its vision, impact and opportunities clearly and consistently. What You'll Do Lead communications strategy. Purpose of the Role The Speech, Language & Communication Specialist will support young people aged 11–18 with identified Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties. The postholder will ensure that communication barriers do not prevent learners from accessing education, work experience, vocational learning, sport, or community activities. The role is designed to integrate speech and language development into the daily life of the academy rather than delivering therapy solely through withdrawal sessions. The specialist will work closely with mentors, Skills Coaches, employers, parents, and external professionals to improve communication outcomes identified within Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

During the week we run a youth club, for about 20 young people. It is important that the person who gets this role engages naturally with the wider church. Key Responsibilities: 1. To create a programme of events, and activities to build relationships with the community. a. Enhancing work we are currently doing, with opportunities for future development. b. Nurturing the youth & young adults, supporting them to develop their faith. 2. To create or work with established biblically based resources to disciple the youth and volunteers. 3. To communicate and build relationships with the young people, as well as connections with their parents/carers and families. a. Supporting transition into adulthood, and into the life of the wider church. 4. To support seasonal activities and one-off events. a. This could include taking the youth to a summer festival. b. We desire to develop our connection with the local primary school, which already includes supporting their assemblies, seasonal services, and coaching via TLG’s Early Intervention programme. Headley Down Community Church (HDCC) is seeking to appoint a part-time Lead Pastor, to lead the church though its next phase of development. HDCC is the only church in Headley Down and serves a population of about 5,000 living in Headley Down itself as well as drawing church attendees from the surrounding towns and villages. The Lead Pastor we are seeking to appoint will work three days per week (24 hours per week), spread over the week (including some evening work), with key activities including the Sunday morning service. The Lead Pastor is expected to manage their hours, to ensure at least one full day off per week; days of work may vary from week-to-week although this will require flexibility to coordinate and provide support for urgent pastoral needs. The Lead Pastor role is accountable to the Chair of the Trustees, working with the Pastoral Leadership Team (PLT), with the following being the main areas:- a) Services – leading HDCC services, alongside the PLT, developing the planned ministry within the church. b) Pastoral – leading the PLT and undertaking proactive and reactive pastoral care. c) Newcomers and integration – working with the team to ensure integration of newcomers into the church. d) Prayer – building on and developing the culture of prayer within the church.
